Quotes

  • Menu appearing on the page of any video which contains one or more [quote] nodes in its annotations
  • Facility to pull the quote information from insobot's quote store
Notes:

Targeting %Network Edition for now because quotes are mostly a fun, community-focused feature that may not be appropriate for %Single Edition or %Project Edition. Additionally, it depends on some infrastructure in the form of insobot's quote module. Perhaps we could consider offering insobot (or at least his quotes module) as a part of the annotation system, which we may have to do for the %Network Edition anyway. Also, if a client happens to be associated with a Network but would rather that their annotations be installed as either %Single Edition or %Project Edition on their own site, this quotes feature could cascade down to their instance of the system.
