cinera: Upgrade to hmmlib2

Features:
    User-configurable roles and credits
    Handle SIGINT to quit cleanly and avoid database corruption

Fixes:
    Filesystem event monitoring handles directory creation / deletion
    Fixed buffer overflow when trying to curl in a non-existent quote
