The project lifecycle stuff has been mostly obsoleted by personal projects. (Projects that were once "on hiatus" we now just move back to being personal projects.) Also, some projects that are obviously good and available for purchase, like RemedyBG, are not "complete" per se. The whole lifecycle thing really doesn't seem to have much benefit, and we should remove it.
