Mac-specific text editing shortcuts don't work #100

The following commands are missing:

  • Cmd-A to select all text
  • Cmd-left and Cmd-right to jump to the start/end of lines
  • Cmd-up and Cmd-down to jump to the start/end of documents (for a single-line text edit, this should be the same as start/end of line)

@MartinFouilleul would you be able to add those and test? I think all the behaviors should already be there, just needs hooking up and validating. If something is missing, feel free to delegate to me.
