I was trying out the clock example and wanted to fullscreen in Windows 11 and noticed that oc_on_resize does not get called.

Actually I think this affecting other versions of windows as well - maximizing on win10 doesn't have the same resize behavior as manually dragging the window out. I can take a look at this.
