Trackpad scroll on Mac is too slow #98

Trackpad scrolling works again after #94, but the scroll speed is much too slow. I've attached a video comparing the scroll in my browser to the scroll in the UI demo - both are approximate the same finger motion.

I'm also finding some other subtle issues with momentum but we can save those for another day. The actual system behavior on Mac is not clear to me...lots of weird edge cases.

These are not high priority issues, since the basics work fine.
