  cinera.c: Make @author and :categories searchable

  This is a stop-gap gap solution pending CINERA_DB_VERSION 6. It simply
  augments the .index files, prepending "@author: " to timestamps bearing
  an author – e.g. audience questions – and appending " [:each :category]"
  to those bearing topic or medium categorisation.
