Build education Markdown extensions #54

Per the reference (#47), we need the following Markdown extensions:

  • Glossary links
    • Maybe it's just sufficient to recognize links that start with /glossary.
  • Editor's notes (only visible to education authors)
  • Fancy links to resources
    • Needs description in addition to title and URL.

Table of contents will be a separate thing that's not actually part of the Markdown flow.
