I tried this out and it seems like the problem persists, but is now y-inverted :S

I think this one was actually due to the mouse input not being properly scaled in the fluid sample. It should work now, can you double check with both the fluid and triangle samples?

(I only tested on my retina display by switching off "UI scaling" in Windows display settings, but not sure if it's a reliable way of testing this. Although, I could reproduce the same bug as you with these settings)
